Forms awaiting LINE connection are deleted after 7 days. LINE-connected and email enquiries are deleted after 6 months without contact activity. Website copies of LINE messages are kept for 30 days; LINE also holds messages under its own settings. Ask Benjamin in your LINE conversation or by replying to his email to correct or delete your enquiry. This does not sign you up to unrelated marketing.
